At our Pack Meeting on Thursday, April 28th, at 6:45 pm... We have traditionally built boats from Styrofoam bases, paper sails, masts made from straws, and LOTS of toothpicks for guns! We have four gutters we lay outside in pairs, and the scouts “race” them side by side. There’s no real competition…we just let you have at it and test out your design.
